Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Path of Light Site (“Path of Light”) operated by Conscious, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

 Your access to and use of the Path of Light is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Path of Light.

By accessing or using Path of Light you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t understand them, or don’t accept any part of them, then you’re not allowed to use the Path of Light. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Path of Light.

Purchases:

Conscious, LLC allows you to access certain premium content, downloadable assets, features, and privileges within Path of Light in exchange for a fee.

By submitting the payment form, you are agreeing to the program fee (CA taxes apply to CA residents) or if you are signing up for the subscription, you agree to be charged automatically on monthly date that corresponds with the original payment date. 

 If you wish to purchase any products or subscription service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or subscription, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your transactions and any other use of The Path of Light are subject to these Terms. By using The Path of Light, you agree to (1) these Terms; and (2) all other terms and conditions that generally apply to The Path of Light.

Accounts:

When you create a subscription with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Fees:

Subscription fees for The Path of Light are one time payments (except where identified as otherwise). If you are paying with the payment plan, your payments begin upon payment of the first installment and continue until the program is paid in full. Monthly or annual fees are charged on the same day of the month that the subscription began. If a monthly payment plan began on the 29th, 30th, or 31st day of a month, then the payment plan will charge again on the last day of any month that doesn’t have those  days. Payments are due despite membership site usage or non usage. There are no refunds outside the scope of the 14 days. 

The one-time fee of $333/month is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and does not change based on use or member participation. If you choose not to participate in any additional membership-only privileges, such as the members only Zoom webinars, non-participation does not affect the payment amount due or affect your program access.

Opting out of Zoom webinars does not cancel your membership or alter the amount of payment due. Cancelations must be processed and confirmed through our support team in order to be valid. No refunds will be offered for this oversight on the users end or because of failure to fully and properly cancel the subscription.

Your subscription will remain active and the account will be automatically charged until a cancelation is requested and properly processed. Please refer to the “Cancellations and Refunds” below for full details regarding how to cancel your subscription.

Payment. 

Conscious, LLC accepts payment via the current payment method indicated at the time of purchase, which may include credit card and any other form of payment that we make available to you online. You agree to abide by any relevant Terms of Service or other legal agreement whether with Conscious, LLC, PayPal or another third party, that governs your use of a given payment processing method.

Prices for The Path of Light may change at any time, and Conscious, LLC does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Conscious, LLC will charge your credit card or other form of payment for the price listed on the relevant The Path of Light offer, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations. By purchasing, you agree that Conscious, LLC will charge the payment method for the payment plan, and if the payment method on file becomes invalid due to an expired credit card or other similar reasons and we are unable to charge you on the next billing period, then Conscious, LLC reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to any program you have ordered until you update your payment method.

 If you fail to update your payment method within a reasonable amount of time, Conscious, LLC may cancel your account. In the event that payment is not able to be processed or the transaction fails, you will not be able to access past content published during the periods that payment as not active or current. 

Taxes.

If Conscious, LLC is required to collect or pay any taxes in connection with your purchase of The Path of Light, such taxes will be charged to you at the time of each purchase transaction or other appropriate time as applicable. Additionally, if required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying certain taxes in connection with your purchase and use of The Path of Light. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest, as applicable to your purchase or country of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you decide the The Path of Light is not suitable for any reason you can notify us by email before June 28th and we will issue you with a full refund. Once a refund is issued you will immediately lose access to the membership portal, membership only online events, and private groups. 

Once approved, refunds can take up to 5 business days to be fully processed and released by your banking institution. If you do not see your refund in your account after 5 business days, then contact your banking institution.  

No refunds will be issued for technical issues such as the site being down, hosting issues, user error, forgotten login information, or any other user technical issues regarding login access. Instead, you must contact support in order to address these issues.

License:

Your use of The Path of Light must be only for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use anyThe Path of Light content or assets, in whole or in part in connection with any public presentation even if no fee is charged (except where such use would not constitute a copyright infringement). You are receiving a non-exclusive license to access The Path of Light and all rights, title and interest in The Path of Light (including any content offered through The Path of Light) not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Conscious, LLC and its licensors. If Conscious, LLC reasonably determines that you violated any part of the Terms of Service, your rights under this Section will immediately terminate and Conscious, LLC may terminate your access to The Path of Light without notice and without refund to you.

All aspects of The Path of Light are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, including all content, information, design elements, text material, logos, taglines, metatags, hashtags, photographic images, testimonials, personal stories, icons, video and audio clips, and downloads.  No material on the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way whatsoever. The Path of Light trademark and logo are proprietary marks of The Path of Light, and the use of those marks is strictly prohibited. Nothing herein gives you the right to use, copy, register as a domain name, reproduce, or otherwise display any logo, tagline, trademark, trade name, copyrighted material, patent, trade dress, trade secret, or confidential information owned by The Path of Light.

Restrictions:

When you use The Path of Light, you may not (or attempt to):

  • use any part of the services or content in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose;
  • share your The Path of Light account password with someone else to allow them to access any part of the The Path of Light that such person did not order;
  • copy, sell, rent, or sublicense The Path of Light to any third party;
  • Download, copy, or attempt to reproduce any of the video content unless given written permission
  • circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that Conscious, LLC or any third-party uses to protect The Path of Light or encourage or help anyone else to do so
  • access The Path of Light other than by means authorized by Conscious, LLC; or remove any legal notices or labels on The Path of Light:
  • present any false, inaccurate or misleading information in an effort to misrepresent your location or place of residence, and you will not attempt to circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of The Path of Light or content available within The Path of Light.

User Conduct:

We reserve the right to remove members and revoke membership access at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove any member for disrupting, harassing, threatening, shaming, or harming members, hosts, and staff of The Path of Light. This includes being disruptive, being erratic or conducting yourself in a way with ill-intent. Such behavior includes but is not limited to joining and leaving the Facebook group repeatedly, writing demanding or nonsensical emails to support, using the zoom chat box in a negative or disruptive way during live events, sharing private member posts publicly, sharing or distributing copyrighted content, using the The Path of Light branding, content, or photos without permission and/or in a negative light.

Users who break the code of conduct will be removed from The Path of Light immediately and without warning. Users removed based on their conduct will not issued a refund and instead there account and access to The Path of Light will be permanently terminated. 

Changes or Discontinuation of The Path of Light:

Conscious, LLC reserves the right to change the availability of The Path of Light. In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any The Path of Light with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.

Removal or Unavailability of Content:

In certain cases, content available within a The Path of Light may become unavailable due to restrictions from our licensors or other legal or policy reasons. Conscious Marketer, LLC will have no liability to you for any such unavailability.

Changes to the Membership Terms of Service:

We may change these Terms from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review the most up-to-date version. If you refuse to accept the updated Terms then Conscious, LLC reserves its right to discontinue your use of theThe Path of Light. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Communications:

By using The Path of Light, you consent to receiving communications from us including marketing communications such as newsletters about The Path of Light updates and content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys, to your registered email address or via other methods.

 Communication between you are the support start are limited to discussions regarding The Path of Light only. Questions about outside products, retreats, 1:1 sessions, and events that are not part of the The Path of Light program will not be addressed by support and we have no obligation to such questions or concerns.    

Other Terms:

You acknowledge and agree that certain content available within The Path of Light may be considered offensive to some people and that such content may not be labeled as such. Additionally, certain descriptions of The Path of Light or content available are not guaranteed to be accurate. You agree to use The Path of Light at your own risk and, subject to applicable laws, Conscious, LLC will have no liability to you for any content that you find offensive.

 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Conscious, LLC has no responsibility to you for) your use of The Path of Light, any breach of your obligations under these Terms, and for the consequences (including loss or damage of any kind which Conscious, LLC may suffer) of any such breach.

 You acknowledge that your online acceptance of these or any other terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Conscious, LLC and signify your intent to be bound to such online acceptances. Subject to applicable laws, in no event will Conscious, LLC’s liability for any and all causes of action brought by you or any agent of yours arising from or related to the services exceed the payments actually received and retained by Conscious, LLC from you for The Path of Light.
